I contacted Ricky initially to help my partner and I with getting our mortgage sorted. Ricky was brilliant throughout the process and made the whole thing a lot easier. Ricky was quick to turnaround everything and happy to organise calls outside his own working hours to accommodate my availability. He also set up a Whatsapp group with my partner and I which made reaching him very easy. He was very helpful and answered all our questions clearly and promptly and took the time to talk us through every section of our mortgage offer. Thank you so much for sorting our mortgage Ricky. You was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed you..which was quite a lot and made the whole process seem straightforward and as stress free as possible. We usually use a Mortgage advisor who has dealt with our mortgage for the last 6yrs but decided to go with Ricky this year and glad we did.
