Absolutely amazing service! We were initially put in touch with mortgage bureau by our property developers and I can’t deny that I wasn’t skeptical due to having not done any research of the company first. All I can say is we were not disappointed. As first time buyers my partner and I were pretty clueless about the whole process and the process for us was far from straightforward and not without hiccups and great stress. However, Lucy, Paula and Karen were incredible along with everyone else we may have dealt with along with way. They answered our 1000 stupid questions without hesitation or irritation, they liaised with everyone involved on our behalf, helping curb as much of the stress for us as possible. They worked so hard and efficiently every step of the way and as a result we are finally in a position where we are almost in our dream home. Mortgage Bureau North East were first introduced to us by our housing developer as a recommended mortgage broker. We dealt with Andy Haswell who has been nothing short of fantastic throughout the whole mortgage process. Andy's attention to detail and professionalism excelled throughout the whole process. Andy always kept in touch on a regular basis and he would always explain anything that we didn't initially understand. As a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I was recommended Susan Nesbit by a property developer and I couldn’t be more grateful. Susan was fantastic from start to finish I honestly would have be stuck without her. This was probably the only part of the process that didn’t cause me to be the slightest be stressed as Susan took care of everything, ensured all my insurance was taken care of (by her lovely colleague Susan Lucas) and provided advice when I needed it. Mandy Longdon was my advisor. She came to my house,helped me sort out a low cost mortgage.
