The prospect of buying my first home was quite daunting and I didn’t have a clue what I was doing!
After recommendations from friends, I made contact with Mark @ MAB through Facebook on a Sunday evening and had an offer accepted on my house by the Tuesday!

My boyfriend and I went to Nathan 6 months ago with no knowledge whatsoever of mortgages and essentially needing a dummy guide to buying a house! Nathan made sure to explain every aspect and ensure we understood the whole process fully, he gave us confidence that we could buy a house and searched for us the best mortgage rate. We just moved into our new home last week and used James for the mortgage application. As my husband is in a sales job and half of his wages are made up of commission, we were concerned about how much we could borrow.
