DO NOT hire this man. If you are considering booking Mick, please take the time to read our experience. He was clearly disgruntled about the quote he gave, despite visiting to see the sub floor and flooring to be installed, measuring up etc. Awful attitude, nobody wanted to work around him... electrician took a few days off! He took two doors off during the job and refused to put them back. I asked him to replace the doors and he replied “not his job”. Worst of all, Mick blackmailed us out of an extra £200 when there was no turning back... days before my wife was due to give birth. He didn’t even complete the agreed area of flooring - persuaded me to forget about the services cupboard under the stairs. At that point I was just happy to see the back of him. His parting gift was a huge pile of wood offcuts and sawdust thrown down the patio steps and all the boxes of flooring left over GONE - stupidly I wasn’t on site when he finished.
