At first I was hesitant to hire him because there was no Amazon Services reviews(this service was August, 2016). I found a couple externally which were good so I decided to give him a chance. What did I determine? This guy is awesome! From the beginning he was quick to respond all of my inquiries. I bought the wrong type of water heater - it was a side venting one and it was supposed to be top venting. It was extra work for him, but he was able resolve the problem satisfactorily . He also didn't take advantage of me - he could have jacked up the price given that he had already started the work. Instead he gave me a fair price and didn't change the original quote. FYI: He also mentioned he could get the units cheaper. So before you buy your unit, I suggest getting a quote from him. A few more words to characterize him: On time. Dependable. High quality work. Having the experience and knowledge in order to make my customer's know that they're receiving a 5-Star job done correctly and up to code.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own Plumbing Service and Repair business on the premiss that I am home owner that happens to be a Plumber. I didn't like the way the industry was headed with the larger companies devaluing it's Plumbers and using scare tactics in order get work done. Honesty even how brutal it may be sometimes is the best way for valued home owner/customer to make a repair/replacement decision.
