How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We both are active individuals and know how to get both ourselves and patients back to their best possible fitness, and because 2 physio’s point of view can only assist in fitness/rehabilitation.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Setting good goals, some achievable and some are at the stars. We aim big and then take small steps to get to the big star.
What do you love most about your job?
That all patients are individuals and body types change at their own pace. And get patients fully fit is always our aim.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We think in and out of the box and this makes flexible timing for both patients and family time

We try our best for our patients but if we don’t reach our/your goals we will push you in the correct direction when needs be.
