I have been coaching people of all levels with their health and fitness goals for the last 13 years. I have a masters degree in exercise science and psychology and specialise in helping people build strength, lose weight and work towards achieving better performance and a healthier life.
My philosophy with achieving great health and fitness is that inevitably some change in behaviour is required and therefore it is important to consider both the physical and psychological aspects of human performance.
My approach to fitness is simple: to get people really clear with their goals, build a plan and get into action to achieve those goals.
I also help people build a viable nutrition plan that will work for them with their goal in mind.
In currently help people who want to:
- build strength to help them run and cycle better
- lose weight
- decrease or manage lifestyle related deceases (i.e. Diabetes)
- tone up and look and feel in shape
- use exercise as an affective way to manage stress
