What do you love most about your job?
The best part of working in HR is the people.
I went with the name Morality because HR is simply that. Being able to see the difference between right and wrong and ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and equally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To show businesses that there are creative ways in managing people and being a caring employer.
