I own some of the properties and the others are owned by friends and acquaintances. I care about your property. The houses and flats are very well maintained. I know there is massive competition for letting agents and I appreciate that a one woman agency may not be what everyone wants.

I love the interaction with tenants. I love the properties I manage. I’m just madly enthusiastic about buildings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used a few letting agents and was not happy with their work and I correctly thought I could do better.
