Moore Fine foods catered my sons wedding this weekend at Bowing Oaks Plantation. From the very beginning of planning Kevin worked to put a menu together that represented our bride and groom perfectly. This company is such a joy to work with. As soon as they came to the venue they delivered food to the bride and groom before the ceremony, since they usually do not get to enjoy cocktail hour because of pictures. So thoughtful! The food was outstanding and we had plenty of it. What I cannot express enough is how professional this staff is. They worked like clockwork to keep food on the buffet line, serve our special couple, and clean up without even being seen. It was a well oiled machine as my dad would always say! Kevin and his staff catered our wedding and they did an amazing job. Our guests raved that it was the best wedding food they ever had. As the groom I didn't have much time to sit and eat and enjoy, but his ziti and mini BLTs were amazing. And, while talking about a side dish may sound odd, his mashed potatoes were without a doubt the best I ever had. Guests were begging me to get the recipe. The staff at the venue raved about the staff and said they were awesome to work with and hope they get to work with them again. Our daughter was just married this past weekend at Chandler Oaks Barn in St. Augustine, FL. Kevin was so easy to work with and he helped us to develop the perfect menu for the evening. They not only met but exceeded ALL of our expectations! The food was excellent, the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was professional and efficient. I have received many, many compliments on the food - from the shrimp and grits, Baby BLT's to the filet's that melted in your mouth. I work at Marineland so not only has Moore Fine Foods catered my wedding but I have seen dozens of events with Moore Fine Foods Catering. Kevin has truly mastered the ability to create your dream in accordance with your budget. I thought Moore Fine Foods Catering was only in Daytona Beach but they actually serve all of Florida. The word of mouth going around was that they only cater to high end parties but then when I spoke to them they were willing to work with my budget and help me put together an event with in a price I could afford. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Kevin actually drove to my house just to give me a tasting! NO ONE does that.
