Let me start by saying Owen is the best physio I have ever been to. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly & an all round nice person. I first visited Owen many moons ago with a very nasty shoulder injury which I had for many years. As a gym/fitness fanatic I managed to find ways to still keep fit however I always had this injury which limited me. I must have seen 5 different physios, private & through the NHS, all completely useless. When I met Owen, he diagnosed my injury in the first session which happened to be a damaged rotator cuff & I had surgery approximately 1 month after. I first visited Owen with a knee injury that had troubled me for quite a few months, Owen was the third Physio I had seen and by a country mile the best. Owen assessed my knee and took me to the gym floor to help correct my technique and give me a plan that allowed me to continue training and give me a sense of belief in my knee getting better. Owen has saved me on more than one occasion over the years - his knowledge and expertise is outstanding, and his positive attitude to recovery and pain free return to normal movement utterly infectious. A friend brought me a sports massage for my birthday. Amazing massage, it really helped all the tension I store in my shoulders and lower neck. Catherine made me feel at ease .
