I have used Moondance catering since 2005, and every time they have exceeded my expectations. From grand openings for several condo complexes, our Business Grand Opening to 2 milestone birthdays, and a Wedding! The leadership and creative mind of Syndi Croad has been the key to my experience. Her vision after I explain what I want develops into a whimsical event, flowing with props, flowers, displays of class and elegance! Don't let me start on the food...THE FOOD! Oh my gosh delish, from the mashed potato bar, to the slow roasted rib tips, the backyard BBQ, to the mac and cheese! Anything they have done has been above and beyond my hopes...always a conversation piece at my events. Then, the Service. 1st Class, the only way I roll, and every time! Her servers are always neat, professional, look the part and tray pass with a personality, like they want to be there. Syndi's character is passed on to her workers and they have the same vision, an experience like no other! The venues...oh my! She finds the best places to fit our vision! And the rentals...she finds the best location that has the look that we are going for, and takes the time to show the different types of chairs, table cloths, napkins that we could use, and gives her years of experience as to what we should use! I have worked for Moondance Catering on several of their events. Syndi is a amazing person to work for. All of her staff are incredible and her food is EXCELLENT! I was working with a very short time-frame.  I was very weary if I could find a catering company that would accommodate a Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in such a short notice.  I called Moondance Catering on a Friday, for service on a Monday --  I must say, WOW!  Their setup was very impressive and looked as if they had planned the event for months.  They were very accommodating to my request.  They showed up earlier than expected and set up the office beyond what my/our expectations were.
