What’s your signature dish?
Our menu selection is very limited as I have only kept signature dishes on our menu. Some of my signature dishes goes as follow; Khow Suey (Burmese) Lamb Chops served with minty sauce, Biryani, Chicken or Lamb curry.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen, we care and we want to deliver to perfection, all you have to do is directly tell us what dishes you prefer, what level of spices suit you and should you have any allergy, we will make sure to accommodate you and your guests as required keeping food & hygiene and health & safety as our top priority.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking has always been a way for me to relieve stress, it never gets boring and repetitive, it constantly intensifies my artsy skills. Playing with ingredients to create a dish is a rather enchanting experience for me. My love for cooking is not only about making the perfect dish, the real satisfaction comes when my food is appreciated from my family, friends and now my customers and clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have served the hospitality industry since 2004, with having so many years experience and my passion for cooking has grown where it inspired me to start my own catering business.
