These are critical times that we live in, it’s hard especially when alone and isolated and have no one to talk to, this can lead you feeling depressed. If you usually find it hard to talk to stranger. It will be ok! I will make you feel comfortable. I really want to hear from you, I care about you and your wellbeing.

If you feel you can’t talk to family or a friend, then call me. My name is Lurlene, I am a qualified Counsellor, I will use my skills tailored to your unique experience. I will listen attentively in a non-judgemental way, to guide you to make sense of what is going on. The session is 50 minutes and is led by you, so you can bring whatever to the table. Your session will be in the comfort of my private practice.
