What makes a great website?
Bespoke design with carefully selected and styled typography, stunning images and importantly clean and clear website structure and navigation. Copywriting is vital, a great headline which captures the reader and entices them to read more. Finally a strong call to action on each page.

I offer a free consultation where I meet the client and get to know them and their business and also for them to meet me to decide if we make a good match. There is no obligation to proceed.
Once the client does want to proceed I sent a questionnaire so they can provide me information about their requirements.
I research their business background and competitors businesses, check out the web presence of competitors, find out what works and what doesn't.
I also source images and research typography that will suit the business.
I provide a presentation with my ideas and write detail about my concepts.
I offer unlimited revisions to ensure the client is very happy with the outcome
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A detailed brief
A list of competitors and their websites
If it's a website project, I need at least a rough draft of their web copy
Any logos/websites/design that is liked/disliked
What do you love most about your job?
Each project is unique and different, so it's always challenging and importantly I love pleasing the client with a successful outcome. I've made many long standing friends through work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the versatility of working for lots of different clients and meeting new people and after working for large national publishing companies in London I felt ready to take the plunge.
