Don't Bother at all

I would give it a ZERO if I could. Called 3 times in total. The first time I heard random noises, second time he couldn’t hear me and the third time I called back I was greeted over the phone with shouting and abusive language “ why are you calling again” I wanted to ask about the wedding packages for my upcoming wedding. He accused me of wasting his time and laughing. Every time I would ask for a quote on how much something costs he would say “ you don’t understand what I’m saying” and one of the times he even said “it’s too expensive for you”. I work in customer service so I’ve had my fair share of rude masochistic men but this by far was the most disgusting experience. I had called 5 other venues and never have been spoken to like that seeing as I could be a potential customer paying a min of £12k. Weddings are not cheep and this man Manjeet singh has ruined my wedding planning experience. I would recommend you guys to think twice before booking a place that has a owner like this. More...

Do not waste your time with this venue. They are an unprofessional bunch of clowns. They took my £500 deposit to host a party.
Then Covid-19 struck and they wouldn't refund the money, even though the party couldn't take place.
I took them to court to get my money back.
Don't waste your time, or risk your money with these jokers.

Food : The event manager cooperated with me throughout the evening and discussed suitable times so the food could be out for everyone. All my guests commented on how tasty and amazing the food was. The following comments were sent to me even the next day:“Amazing food, company and dancing”“Lovely party Raj, Food was amazing!”“Thanks for having us! Great party and the food was soooooo good, I had seconds”Recommendation: Overall I would highly recommend Moonsoon to my firneds and family firstly because of the excellent customer service from Uncle Gurbachan prior, during and after the event and also to the Event Manager on the evening. Secondly I would recommend because of the excellent tasty fresh food, the variety and presentation of it. It was a great evening and the party impressed a lot of people.
