Very disappointed with Asha and Monochrome Events. We were promised a refund of our deposit of £800 in February 2017 and since then Asha and Monochrome Events have been fobbing us off , lying to us and now ignoring us.
Monochrome were very helpful at the start and said that they had already sent out deposit back but there was a problem with the bank. Then we managed to receive £300 and now £500 has remains outstanding!!
Extremely disappointed that such a company would treat their customers like this, over promised and under delivered! Given that Asha and Monochrome Events are ignoring all of our contact we assume that we are never going to receive our money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MONOCHROME EVENTS!

Monochrome Events & Hire really helped me with every last aspect of my wedding , it was definitely a day to remember. Lovely staff setting up on the day , would surely use them again.
