Richard has been absolutely fabulous throughout my extension planning. He is very felxible, approachable and comes up with fantastic ideas which I would never have thought of. He is so friendly and helpful and has a modern approach. I was really impressed when I received plans which I could download on my computer and virtually walk around the extension! We worked with Richard at MonkHouse Architects for our recent loft conversion. Our house is in a conservation area but despite the real restrictions placed on impacting the local area he was fully engaged, relentless and innovative in finding the right solution that gave us the most internal space for the conversion.
