Midtown is known for its hidden gems; well, add Momo to this list. I went here with my girlfriends to catch-up, and it was perfect. The environment is very cozy & jazzy. We tried the Hakka Street noodles, Chicken Cornbread Hash, Jhai Muri, and Pupusas. Everything was good, but the Hakka Street noodles were my favorite! This place will now hold a special place in my heart as this is where my close friend let all of us know she just got engaged!!! The sweet waitress gave her a glass of bubbly as a congrats. I def. recommend this place because I want them to stay open and be successful. I'll admit a little part of me selfishly wants to keep this place to myself because it was like a scene out of a reality show with my girlfriends since we were the only ones there and just catching up & drinking wine. I guess y'all can thank me for not keeping this place to myself. The price was also great: all those tapas & 3 wine glasses were about $90. P.S. They may have ballroom dance meet-ups here...I didn't realize, so that got awkward with just us girls and the dancers lol. More...

The staff was friendly, food was outstanding, and overall vibe of their storefront was great. Our guests at our UH networking event LOVED MOMO's and kept asking for cards.

I love this place. My friend and I hosted an event here this past weekend and the owner Moon was more than gracious and attentive! She worked with our every need. She was very detailed in going over every detail of our event and helped us make sense of what food to serve from her catering menu. I couldn't figure out how to do my DIY floral arrangements so she and her assistant Tim helped with those as well. I will be coming back here and more than likely hosting other events there! More...

Had dinner with my husband here for the first time. It’s a brand new restaurant with a very modern decor and cozy atmosphere. Excellent music in my opinion if you like classic 50s/60s songs, at least that’s what was playing tonight. The feel is somewhat European in terms of beverage service. The drinks are interesting but tasty, at least the one I had. I ordered the Houstonian. Quite a powerful little drink. Now a far as the food...it’s definitely not a large dishes restaurant so don’t stop by if you want large plates. I do love the tapas feel and I have to say the flavor is great. Very satisfying. We had a small issue with the dough of the first dish but the Chef quickly made up for that and offered us their waffles with chicken and mushroom. It has a falafel consistency, which I’m not a fan of, but the flavor was great. The service was pleasant and our water glasses were always full. One suggestion is that if they’re going to offer the hotdog as an item they should really cut it up so it’s easier to share. More like hot dog bites. All in all, It was a good experience and I really look forward to another visit because there is more on the menu that I want to try. So glad I found this place on google maps. More...
