My son and I are both gluten free. He is a picky eater and he was beyond happy with everything he tried here(And we let him try so much). We were greeted immediately and told that we could have anything on the menu. For someone gluten free that never happens. We got amazing flavors of puffed popcorn and sweets to go. Even my husband who is not gluten free lived everything we tried. After the meal we were asked how everything was and even given information for great gluten free pizza near our house since we do not live here. I had the pleasure of finding this booth at the Sweet Tea and Junkin Fair. My 8 year old son and I were making a day of the event together and wanted a special treat. He wanted to try a red velvet whoopie pie. We got one, and it was amazing!!!! After we had been through all of ths booths, we decided to go back to this booth on our way out to get a homemade oatmeal cream pie to take home to share with my other boys and husband. Mom's Vintage Kitchen was an unexpected find and exactly the kind of experience and delicious fare you'd expect in a small charming town. They offer a variety of breads, cookies, pastries outside of their regular menu items. My son thoroughly enjoyed a gourmet grilled cheese while my daughter lapped up a yogurt parfait. A must-stop adventure in Sevierville Tennessee! We had spent our fall break in Pigeon Forge and was headed this way home to Georgia when we stumbled across a welcoming, delicious, homemade eatery! Homemade breads, soups, fresh salads (try the homemade tomato vinegarette!), daily specials (think - your favorite homemade dishes from growing up!) & the very best desserts! And to think we almost missed it! Christie had just closed and we called her and she said don't worry I will open the door up for you! She served us like family! We cannot wait to come back around Christmas and take home more of her delicious cakes, pies and homemade breads! We are a gluten-free family and this was like gluten-free heaven! I don’t think 5 stars is enough! The food was amazing and I never find a place where I can order anything of the menu, especially with multiple bread options that are all made from scratch!
We enjoyed lunch so much that we returned for breakfast the next day!
I wish we lived in town, I would be a regular! Next time I come down I plan to eat here again! I highly recommend this fine establishment!!!!! ����

I stumbled upon Mom's Vintage Kitchen on FB this past weekend and knew we had to try it soon. I was so grateful for a snow day with delayed snow.
My kids and I went for breakfast and were not disappointed! The Ethel (eggs, ham, biscuit with hollandaise) was so delicious. My kids loved the pancake breakfast. It's sometimes hard to eat gluten free with confidence when going out and I am so glad we found a place that is safe to eat at and the food is wonderful. Even those without gluten issues will love the food here! They were happy to make me a chicken and dumplings to go. I couldn't believe I saw chicken and dumplings GF!
We took home several GF treats as well. I tasted the carrot cake before putting it up for later and I can't even tell it's GF! The cookies are divine as well.
Thank you so much for a wonderful morning! I plan to tell everyone about this gem in the middle of downtown Sevierville.

This little restaurant/bakery is amazing! If you have a food allergy, gluten or dairy specifically, then this is the place for you to eat. The cinnamon rolls are amazing! The monster cookies might be my second favorite. They are definitely the favorite for my daughters! You have to try the puffcorn. Christie also takes cake and pie orders. I have never taken the time to write a review but thought this place deserved some recognition. We are here on vacation and we were looking for a quick bite to eat.
The staff was so cordial and accommodating, and the food was so fresh and tasty (get the gourmet grilled cheese! You will thank me later).
It's funny how a random lunch at an unassuming little stop can make for such a pleasant experience. Next time we are in Tennessee we will definitely stop in.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved cooking since I was very young. With a background in nutrition and restaurant management it was only natural to open a business of my own.
