Love this place.  Great atmosphere and very clean. Excellent saag paneer, mulligatawny, samosas, malai kofta, and tandoori chicken.  Excellent eggplant crisp appetizer that I would have never thought of - very original. Really good cocktails, too. Usually Indian restaurants are super hit or miss. I've been to quite a few, and let me tell you- this is the best Indian food I have ever had in my life. When I go to an Indian restaurant, I'm usually satisfied with the appetizers, and they are always my favorite part of the meal. the entree comes out and I'm left with a "meh" feeling. Not this place. I risked  my experience by not ordering any apps but three entrees to share. It was food heaven, the spices were so complimentary - the flavor wasn't in your face. the execution was perfect. Definitely one of the best Indian buffets in Binghamton!! As it is Indian cuisine is known to be spicy and filled with lot of flavors. Lovely little Indian restaurant in Vestal. The staff was very friendly. I haven't had Indian food in such a long time and when we saw this place we knew that we had to try it out. They had a variety of Indian beers in stock which was awesome. The lamb biriyani was amazing! It definitely made the experience worthwhile just for that. Came here for a date night with my girlfriend. She loves Indian food and the Moghul on campus at Binghamton University is one of her favorites. We came here and the food was pretty good. I got great lamb kabob and my girlfriend got chicken vindaloo. The service was slightly slow but not too much of a big deal. While it took a while to get dinner once it was ordered (New Years Eve) the food was delicious. Our server was very good, keeping us informed why the delay and going the extra mile to make our experience pleasant. We will be back!

Always interesting dishes to try. We normally go for the lunch buffet on Saturdays. The choices always rotate, so you have a good chance of experiencing different cuisine. We've always had friendly staff. The man with glasses who runs the dining room (Adnan?) on Saturdays is very attentive and very professional.
