I thought my dell xps had it! Took it to another local repair shop and they told me the motherboard needs to replaced, wanting a 2 nd opinion i found modxpc repairs on a quick google search. I found Modxpcrepairs whilst looking for Data Recovery as our computer had stopped working completely and therefore we could not access any of our files/folders/pictures etc. and we thought our hard drive had died. I arranged to take the PC to Mehdi for him to see if he could diagnose the problem. He found all the files/folders to be on the drive and in a healthy condition what a super star. What a joy to find a company who really care. I am an elderly gentleman who had a crashed PC and I found Modxpcrepairs by chance on line and when I spoke to Mehdi and explained that I would not be able to get my computer to him as I could not even get it down stairs he, promptly suggested that the cheapest way to get it fixed would be for him to pick it up and yes he would carry it down stairs as well. What do you love most about your job?
I love having the ability to refresh this industry and to bring back honesty, its become a very common practice for computer repair companies to charge by the hour which can usually lead to a high repair bill.
As i work from home, i always get to have lunch with my son who has just gone 3 years old! Couldn't get any better than that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always fixed computers which started off as a hobby when i was in school! Running businesses runs in the family, i worked with my dad in his construction business for a while to then realise i had many jobs coming in to fix family and friends computers! My dream has always been to run a repair shop, whilst i currently work from home, this is on the cards in the near future.
Why should our clients choose you?
For years, many new clients have become returning clients and i find that's because i am trustworthy, reliable and very approachable, which is what i have brought to my members of staff.
