The Modul8tion Group is a collaboration between veteran designer Joe Cashman and Peter Menotti. The agency was formed in 2008 to be a one-stop shop for all your creative, design and production needs. Combining Cashman’s twenty years in event design and media production with Menotti’s equally long experience with entertainment packaging and creative direction, Modul8tion and its group of experts emerge to serve your needs in everything from branding to web marketing.

Describe your creative process.
First we sit down with the client and determine exactly what their needs and goals are. Then we provide them with a detailed estimate showing the cost, scope and timeframe of the job. We then begin the creative process, keeping in touch with the client the entire project so as to make sure we are always moving in the direction of their choosing. All of this hopefully leads to a finished product that not only makes the client happy, but also provides them with increased sales and brand awareness.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
The more information a client can provide us with, the more successful our results will be. Whether branding, marketing or just a basic social media campaign, our goal is to hep turn your customers into evangelists.
What do you love most about your job?
Never knowing what project is going to walk through out door in the morning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Frustration is dealing with the creative processes or large agencies. We prefer the closer and more intimate realationships that smaller agencies can provide their clients.
