Ken and Mike provided amazing customer service from start to finish on project to replace a wooden fence with a vinyl fence. They both personally followed up to answer any questions and made sure everything was satisfactorily completed. Ken was wonderful to work with and his workers were very professional. The job was delayed a few times due to weather but when the rain and snow finally stopped the fence went up beautifully and the guys even used the dirt from the fence holes to fill the holes in my backyard and raked it nice and level! ! The yard and the driveway were left immaculate and my neighbors all commented on how nice the yard looks with the fence. I would recommend Ken and his wonderful staff to anyone who asked! More...

A huge shout out and thank you to Mike and Modern Fence! They did an incredible job installing our fence and did everything in their power to make us happy. It took us a very long time to decide if we wanted to install a fence. We interviewed 6 fence companies before hiring Modern Fence. This is their ONLY business. Some fence companies also do landscaping and their knowledge about fences was minimal. Only 2 companies brought a sample of the product, and some didn't even bring a brochure. Mike arrived with sample in hand. He was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and detail oriented, listened to all of our concerns and reservations and brain stormed with us on the best way to achieve our goal. Modern Fence has a brick and mortar building with a business address and a place to go view all the available options. Their installers are employees of the company, not contractors. For us, it was comforting to know that we were doing business with a company whose sole business is fencing and they weren't working out of their house. The quality of the product was superior, the installation and the willingness to make the customer happy was beyond expectation. I can't say enough great things about Modern Fence! Mike came out to the house for a quote and was nice, very knowledgeable, gave some ideas to consider. He sent me a quote by email later the same day. Â We accepted and Mike quickly answered any questions by email. We had to delay the job 2x due permitting with other work going on which was no problem for Modern Fence. Had 200 linear feet fenced in. Had huge tree and root on property line in back of yard that Modern Fence was able to box in to give my yard the full privacy look that we wanted. Mike was very responsive and made me happy even with my proprty yard hurdles (trees and tree roots on multiple sides of my yard). Installation guys were very professional and did excellent job. Modern Fence did an incredible job on the installation of our new fence. We began our process with Mike, who came to our house to discuss the estimate. He gave us a full and detailed description of the types of fences which would be available to us. No detail or question was left unanswered. Mike was extremely professional and we immediately knew we were in good hands. We received a very fair estimate for the work. The entire job was handled in an expeditious and professional manner. The foreman and his workers were very hardworking and did a great job. The fence is beautiful. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Modern Fence to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy fence company who can deliver quality work at a very reasonable price. We contracted a 6ft fencing project around our entire backyard. Ken the owner was very customer friendly. He was easy to reach and returned all calls. He even accommodated us and started our project earlier since we were leaving for vacation. His staff were very professional and they cleaned up all debris from the work. The completed project was perfect. We even called Ken when one of the lights stopped working a week after the install he promptly sent a replacement. I HIGHLY recommend him for fencing needs. Although the owner could not make several meetings we did finally meet up and agree to the project specifications. His crew arrived when promised and completed the job quickly. The remaining cleanup from what was left behind was minimal. The fence looks great and the price was right. The supervisor even helped to place the fence within the correct property lines since the actual survey was incorrect. Quality contractors are hard to find. I would recommend Modern Fence to anyone. I have to say even though it rained practically everyday in June 2009 and my yard was sooo muddy they came and in one day my fence was up and beautiful. ......great price as well as proffesional......although they left some fencing on side of my house (minor) I woyld totally recommend them to anyone that would listen! Ken is the best I have seen. A very professional guy with a willingness to work with the customer. He has got tablet PC with a custom fencing software that let's him design as per customer specs and provide instant estimates on an attached printer. He has got the most professional and best operation going. You can also visit his office and operations center to see how the fences get assembled. Excellent work at a better than fair price. Great crew, very patient with all our questions and we now have a fence that is a lovely addition to our yard. Would definitely recommend, for many reasons. Save yourself the hassle of Lowe's, Home Depot, or the other contractors we got bids from, because Modern Fence beat them all, even let us come to the location where the fencing is actually fabricated ... they make their own product and back up the work.
