Had problems with my Xperia Z1 compact. Had battery replaced by MS and was fine. Then I broke the screen. I supplied replacement and this too was broken when being fitted by Mobile Solutions who immediately accepted responsibility without being asked and took it upon themselves to replace and fit a new replacement screen at their expense.
