Repaired my Samsung s22 ultra screen
Did not mention that it would not meet the original level of waterproofing and a small amount of water has ruined the phone.
I spoke to the malvern branch and the manager told me that they did not change the seal that sticks the back cover on because it would cost more money and in their words “ unfortunately it is one of them” their attitude towards helping me try and get it repaired after the water damage was terrible. I have had good experiences here in the past but maybe I was lucky because this time I have found it a very unprofessional company. Would not recommend.

I previously had some work done on my computer. It was done quickly and efficiently. Smiley Dave, as I call him sorted out my iPhone, again quickly and with a smile. Today I bought a refurbished iPhone from Apple from this shop. I had no idea they stocked them. It means they're checked by Apple Inc, so it's a great deal. A 6 month warranty to boot. Very pleased. I have been into mobile solutions many times to get different types of technology fixed from my kindle to iPhone and Samsung devices. in store or over the phone they have always been helpful polite and friendly. today I went in store to get my Samsung microphone fixed and they were the same polite, patient and well mannered men as they normally are. if you are ever in need of these types of services Mike and Dave who served me today and have done so in the past are highly recommended the business and staff have a 5 star rating from me and I know when I need them in the future which I will because technology isn't my friend they will do whatever they can to help and with the added bonus of having low prices to fix the items and if they cant they will tell you straight away with an apology to go with it.
