My daughters iPad screen was cracked, took it to them to be repaired. Attempt 1 at repair, got it back to find half the touch screen wasn’t working, which wasn’t an issue whilst it was cracked. Texted to explain, agreed to repair it again and after another ‘repair?’ we are still having the same issue. Half the touch screen still isn’t working. Annoying as I checked the reviews first. At this point I don’t see the point in going back again. Also whoever was texting is rather rude and abrupt. A bit of customer service training wouldn’t go amiss. More...

Found this shop local to me and am extremely happy with the service I received, they replaced an iPhone 7 earpiece speakers with no problem and super quick in under an hour. They gave me a temp phone to use and called me soon as the work was complete and the cost was very reasonable too, they even gave me a little gift, all in all very happy with these guys and can be totally trusted with your phone, I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
