Working with MNK unlimited was a positive experience from start to finish. From my first impression when Bo came to do the estimate and their helpfulness as I made several adjustments along the way to the skill and talent of Joe and Wayne and the rest of the crew, I’ve been more than satisfied throughout the process. I was kept informed every step of the way. The crew showed up every morning at 8:00 am and worked steadily and diligently all day. I have a three floor town home and hired MNK Unlimited to replace an existing deck with a paver patio on the ground floor and decks on the second and third floors. The original deck was poorly designed and constructed and felt very unsafe. MNK completely tore down the old deck, moved the posts out to create more stability and rebuilt both decks. The decks decks are completely solid and well built, which addressed my major concern regarding safety. In addition, the new deck looks great. They gave me really good advice on the material. MNK built a small deck in my backyard and did an OUTSTANDING job. Their salesman, Bo, got to my level with me and helped me pick out lights and railing. * The material they use is of highest quality as well, beautiful clean boards! Bo was extremely polite and professional. The workers were very accepting of my last minute, small changes on the ends of the boards. The office personnel was very nice and helpful and worked with me on the billing and provided me up to date information on deliveries and deadlines. Truly an outstanding company. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing MNK to build a deck in my backyard. A lot of contractors install the same and top of the line materials. How MNK is better than other contractors is their people. I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with their office staff and more importantly their field installers. Their people were very accommodating, even when I had to delay my project. They were all very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. The communication was very open and I always knew what to expect in regards to the job timeline, specifications, and payments. They kept my property very clean during construction. We recently replaced our old deck with a large, beautiful screened porch. We opted for the EZ Breeze windows and this truly makes this a 3-season room. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result and with our experience with MNK. Everyone we worked with were extremely professional, top notch in their work and the result is an addition that doesn’t look like an addition....it looks like it is original to our home. MNK just completed resurfacing our old deck with Trex. Getting our deck makeover was our retirement present to ourselves. MNK modified our deck so we would be able to enjoy our deck into our golden years . They used our existing sub-structure and made it all one level. Steps were moved to each side of the deck and 6.5 inches high instead of 8 inches. Now they are easier to use and the handrails are easy to grip. The crews attention to details shows true craftsmanship. Our deck is so beautiful and exactly like I wanted it to look. Every time we look at it, we find another detail that takes it from ordinary to fabulous. The crew started on Monday and finished on Friday despite it raining on and off all week. A special thanks to Steve, Joe, Pat, and Daniel. You guys are amazing. Looking forward to enjoying our deck for many years to come. So glad we hired MNK to give us our dream deck. Great company! I called MNK about installing a new porch, deck and handrails. Bo, the sales rep, came and gave an estimate and explained everything from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He told us up front that it would be after Christmas to start work due the current workload. I went and spoke with Mike the owner and explained this was to be a Christmas present to my wife. He said that he did not see it being a problem. We received a call from MNK saying they had a opening and would come out December 19, 2018 to install new deck. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled and immediately went to work. The entire crew were very friendly and professional at what they did. Steve, the supt for the work crew was on site assisting and worked with the crew until the project was completed that same evening.The workmanship and the entire deck, porch and rails looks magnificent.My wife loves the new deck and I cannot say enough good things about MNK Unlimited. My father in law lost his leg this past year and we contacted them for advice on material and design for building a ramp for their home so he could get in and out safely.
