What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We offer anything from the essentials (bookkeeping, payroll, VAT) to the more regulatory things like year end accounts and tax.
The difference with our firm (compared to most of our competitors!) is that we only offer services that we absolutely specialise in. Anything we don't, we know someone who will help. "Accountant" is a wide ranging role and we like to make sure our clients get the best advice possible, even if they don't use our firm for it!
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Knowing exactly where your business is day to day is vital for progression. Many accountants will issue quarterly or six monthly management accounts - or they'll do your year end accounts 8 months after your year and, and think this is sufficient.
It's so important to have a good relationship with a driven, friendly and excellent quality accountant. Profit is the reason most businesses exist, so why not get a good handle on what yours is?
What do you love most about your job?
We work with some of the nicest people around. We call a spade a spade - we take our clients out for lunch, we play golf with them and even send them bottles of wine.
This makes for such a brilliant relationship with our clients - they trust us and we love being their advisor for all things business (not just financial in some cases!).
What inspired you to start your own business?
Bringing change to this industry is vital and not enough accountants are willing to go that extra mile for their clients. We've experienced some horrible advice from accountants in the past when speaking to businesses so developed our firm to change this.

We're huge critics of the accountancy industry. Mediocre, slow, poor quality service is still the benchmark in our industry and we make it our job to disrupt this. Our fees are fair, our work is great and our clients are happy.
