As a fellow plumber myself, these guys have been great. I had some family in Thornton Heath which I was unable to accommodate. I took a quick browse through Google and found MM Heating & Plumbing! I called them up and asked them a few questions to find out how they operate. I was pleased to find out how professional they were. Their pricing strategy was fully transparent, and they managed to send someone over to provide a very reasonable quotation. The plumber arrived on time and showed great empathy towards the issue, the plumber also made some great recommendations to ensure everything stays within budget. Our student accommodation had an issue with the heating which left us freezing. After the landlord confirmed that they would cover the issue we decided to find a local heating company as our landlord takes ages to send their contractors over. MM was quick to send someone over to provide a quotation to our landlord directly which they were happy to proceed with. I had a leak in my house due to the work of a very incompetent plumber that we had used last time! After using this company to install 4 boilers for me and my brother and sister I thought it was a good company until I encountered a problem the boiler for some reason wasn’t registered successfully at the time of installation, found my self with a two year boiler broken and the warranty wasn’t valid glowworm didn’t want to know so I tried the installer after two weeks of calling back and forward between the two ladies not helpful at all asked to speak to a manager they didn’t even tell me who’s the manager. Two installers arrived on a Saturday morning and were here for 8 hours because not only did we need a new boiler but all the adjacent pipework required changing due to the regulation changes since our original boiler was installed many years ago. I cannot fault the workmanship or the sheer hard graft and the quality of the installation is very good indeed. They would not leave until all our radiators were hot just to be sure. They put up with a myriad of questions from myself and never once did they seem put out by my endless probing. Highly recommended. More...

From start to finish, I was really impressed with the service, advice and quality of work delivered by the team from MM Heating. I was presented with options for my boiler replacement and each detail explained as necessary. The team on the day were brilliant and really went the extra mile to ensure everything fit the space. They did a good job installing the boiler except the outside pipe was installed incorrect they called out warranty company on my behalf who charged me £100 for the call out charge despite they were liable and responsible to rectify the matter as the warrant does not cover it they were responsible for the completion of install in which they rectified issues e despite false promises they would . the follow up service been poor - disorganised, Therefore not sure that company is to the highest safety regulations so beware More...

They did a good job installing the boiler but the follow up service/annual services have been poor - disorganised, unable to keep track of invoices/payments, phone calls requesting a call back ignored, Gas Safety Certificate not provided, very poor communication and they become more and more incompetent each year.
