MLS kitchens came recommended through a friend and I wasn't disappointed. A designer came out to view my property and talked through what we wanted and put together a 3D design which we liked the look of. When the quote came through we are really surprised as were more competitive than others we had looked at so decided to proceed with MLS kitchens. On the day of the fitting the fitters were friendly and professional and all units were solid built (not a flat pack in sight). They went above an beyond to create the kitchen my wife and I had always wanted and we are more than pleased. Having obtained 3 quotes, we went for MLS based on the quality of the design by Phil (including some bespoke cabinets) and the competitive price - great decision. The old kitchen was removed by Mark and Lee, all electrical, plumbing and plastering work done, and the new kitchen, which arrived promptly on time, was then installed to an exceptional standard. We came to MLS looking to design a kitchen for our new home as it had no kitchen in it, the sale for the house had not gone through but they were still more than happy to take us on as customers and design our kitchen at very short notice knowing that the sale may fall through which was really good of them, we had to delay things a few times because the sale of our house took much longer than expected but mike was still more than happy to wait until everything was finalised. We had our kitchen fitted a few days ago and we are beyond happy with it, everything is exactly the way it should be and better, the quality of the brands used by MLS are all top notch and everything was so well priced. We bought a kitchen from MLS, which we had fitted by a separate joiner. MLS were efficient and helpful in planning and advising on the design . The units were supplied on time. I approached MLS along with a number of other kitchen companies.
Mike stood out from the rest with a great price along with quick and informative guidance to the point I thought it was almost too good to be true!

There have been a couple of issues with the kitchen as often happens on projects. (Not MLS's fault)

Excellent quality kitchen, really thought the kitchen I wanted was way out of my budget but Phil at MLS gave me everything I wanted and more! Owner, Mike, is a friendly character hailing from Manchester. He sent the computer generated image of our kitchen design just hours after visiting our house. It even had a well-placed bowl of fruit on the side to raise a smile. He was meticulous with every detail that we may or may not be precious about. He delivered.

Fitters Jason and Graham were personable, professional and above all (in our household), clean and tidy. No detail was a problem to them - from where we wanted the handles on the doors to the direction the fridge door opens - no bother.

I must say the service from Phil and his team was excellent. We had quotes from Wickes and Howdens which were roughly 20% more expensive than MLS. I was a little dubious at first about going with an independent kitchen supplier but after reading various reviews and meeting Phil and the owner Mike at the showroom all those worries were put to bed. We opted for the white gloss door with the integrated handle without any pelmets with an Island sink and taps. We needed an internal wall moving to open up the utility room. This is where Richard the builder/fitter comes in who came to survey the job along with Phil who were both very informative as to what needed to be done and the timescales associated with the building/installation works. I was then given a delivery and installation date and the kitchen and appliances were delivered on time. Richard and Mick arrived the next day to remove the wall and install the appropriate steel RSJ, and reboard the ceiling ready for the new spotlights. The next day began with Rob the electrician attending to put first fix electrics in followed by the installation of the kitchen units. We did have a problem as two doors were damaged but a quick call by Richard to base and replacements arrived the next day. The units were all installed after day 3 and someone from the granite company attended to template our kitchen. I was told it would take 7 days for the granite to be turned around but the granite was actually installed 4 days after the survey. Richard and Mick returned a couple of days later to finish our lovely kitchen. Richard even demonstrated how to use the lovely Neff coffee machine. I will be recommending MLS to family and friends.
