This is my new gym and I love it! The staff there is terrific. Sometimes I forget my card to scan in and they take the time to sign me in. Their rates right now are $70 per month for unlimited use and $100 per month for unlimited use with personal training. They also offer other rates. This place is not busy when I go so all the equipment is available to use. And I love their digital indoor cycling. Basically it's a spin class on tv! It's honestly the gym I've been to. The trainers help you plan and meet your goals while watching you like hawks to make sure your form is good.
I enjoyed my time at ML Fitness! I worked with Jon who was very friendly and motivating. I learned to eat better and more often, I was introduced to protein shakes which I still use, and I learned the proper way to do various exercises. I enjoyed the classes too! The staff is helpful and friendly. My time at ML Fitness was beneficial to me on my journey to get stronger and healthier. ML ZFitness is not simply a facility with mant pieces of equipment for whatever use a client wants it for. Everyclient is assigned a personal trainer who works with you to determine the best activity for you and the trainers are fully trained for that purpose.
