The need for a knowledgeable accountant to analyze profits, losses and cost-saving measures is invaluable for a company's growth and development. A great accountant ensures compliance and keeps a business audit-ready at all times. They create financial forecasts so businesses can make better management decisions and create budgets that will support the goals of the company.

Working with numbers is a key element of a position within the accounting industry; however, what I love most is the opportunity to problem-solve. It is the most job satisfaction when solving financial challenges and making strategic recommendations for businesses, based on financial performance.

My desire is to be an integral resource that provides advice and helps companies manage their growth process. When starting a small business, most owners are on a limited budget and may decide to undertake the accounting themselves. Unfortunately, this can be detrimental in the long-run for any company. Hiring an ongoing (inhouse) bookkeeper/accountant may not be feasible, therefore, my services will allow them to outsource these services, on an as-needed basis. They can opt to have an accountant set up their chart of accounts, the foundation of all financials or they can elect to have a monthly, quarterly or annual review of the books to ensure the company remains profitable and are meeting their goals.

As a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor / Accountant, with more than 12 years' experience, I am adept in budget forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate organizational and communication skills, I excel at:
