What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
The biggest thing is customer interaction, Its all very well hiring a Dj because they are cheap, but if that dj doesn't interact with the crowd you have basically just waisted your money on a glorified juke box. We actively seek requests throughout the function, as our main aim is to get every body up on the dance floor.
Don't get me wrong we don't play every request we get, but you get a good feel for what will work and what wont from the response of the customers to previous requests. So talking and interacting to the crowd and years of experiance
How would you describe your ‘style’?
With regards to style, I suppose you'd describe us as fun, what would have been called a personality jock a few years back.
What do you love most about your job?
the best thing about the job is having the ability to make peoples evening. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing people leaving after a good disco, still singing and laughing, its a real tonic
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out helping another dj way back when I was 12, so as soon as I was old enough it seemed the natural thing to start up on my own and as they say I've never looked back
