Straight forward no nonsense quote process. They do have a boxing service, but we chose to pack ourselves. Booking was easy, despite me having to rearrange at short notice. On the day they turned up at 8.30, got the entire house loaded up in under 3 hours, and unloaded at the other end in less than that.
