Home Care
The services delivered vary according to individual needs. Our care packages are tailored to meet different circumstances. Our most frequently requested services are; bathing, dressing, toileting and continence management, Food preparation and assistance with meals, mobility and managing falls, medication support and management, trained techniques to assist with moving and handling, pressure area care management.
Live in care
Our company provides care and support you and your loved ones deserve in the comfort of your own houses where you feel secure.
A carer can be made to fit to your needs and wants and would be at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Live in carers are chosen very cautiously by MK Supported living. They are equipped to meet your needs and at the same time preserving and promoting your indepence where possible
Supported Living
We support people with learning disabilities live independently in their familiar environments by providing them with the right care and support.
We can support you with things like getting dressed, bathing, toileting, companionship, preparation of meals, feeding, support with medication, shopping, hospital appointments, night care, and, sleep inns. We support you attend recreational activities in the community or on holidays.
Support is available from a couple of hours a week to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
