They phoned to say they were delayed. Courtesy goes a long way. With regard to the job they spend, as expected, a while to figure out where the drains lead to.
Leading up to this point, they worked diligently. After they had figured out where the probable source of the problem, they resolved the problem quickly.

Have to say, although i haven't actually used this service yet, Kevin's quick and wonderful customer service alone deserves a shout out. I was able to get a quote easy, no price 'from sthg to a stupid figure' range. He called out and we realised there wasn't even a blocked sewer, as TOLD to me by some stupid other supposed tradesman. He was professional and caring enough to check out why and what possible other reason(s) for my other crazy quote! I literally wasted his time and he didn't sound annoyed - very hard these days to experience such good human nature. Getting MK Drains to fix our problem with a blocked sewer drain turned out to be a blessing in disguise as they were fantastic.
