Ive had a muffintop since the age of 13, thanks to Matthew Hudson at MJH Fitness its starting to disappear :) sssooo happy no more arm tanning at summer, can get all my white bits tanned this year ��

Very helpful and always follows up to make sure you're doing okay. He puts in so much effort to coming up with plans and exercises to help you in the areas you've been struggling. 10/10

I've never worked out personally with Matt but I have worked with him in a work place. He's one very driven, focussed and very professional in everything he does. We had a conversation once and we spoke about his life and the choices he's made and all the choices ended in one thing. He always see's good in everyone else and always helps where he can to make them see the better things in life,
He always tried to better everyone else before himself and I told him that was a problem. I told him to focus on himself being great and the rest would fall into place. Now I'm glad he's took time to focus on himself and what he wants from life, but yet he's still looking to make other folks live's better? Im Very Proud of what your doing now mate. Never ever stop. Your one a life's good guys!!

Been working with matt for the past few months for the purpose of losing weight. But not only have i is lost it he has also gave me the knowledge and the correct workout plans and healthy nutrition information to progress with my weight loss and well as getting fit.

Matt as a personal trainer he is a very helpful and approachable aswel as easy to talk to. knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition and will focus on your needs. His style to quote "no bull shit" it's right he works the program to you not a YouTube'ed get skinny in a week plan.

Over all would highly recommend
