This is the most unprofessional setup in a medical office I've ever been in. There is no organization on checking in, I watch 10 people I've after me, be called in before me. Then they have you pay before you're even sane thinking that they're going to keep you there. As much pain as I in, I got my money returned back to my card and I walked out. I have been a patient here twice now, and have left their care twice for similar reasons. Waiting at my last visit was 1 1/2 hour, so I was very anxious when my PA finally walked in. She listens and does take time with you, but if you don’t want a procedure, it’s off to pee in the cup and then wait another 5-20 minutes for a prescription. The meds they gave me stopped working and I’d rather avoid the opiates - so there wasn’t much they could offer m in the end except stem cell therapy and other pricey options. Not for me. More...

Been going there for 6 years. Started out great - now they've gotten so big - 7 or 8 offices- it's just a mill. You will wait an hour at least usually more. You can't get a Human on the phone. Nobody calls you back. It's gotten so so much worse just in the last year. Go to somebody else. I even made a commercial for them but that was then - this is now.
