Very impressed after bad experiences with previous company.
Jamie immediately fixed our boiler and then also replaced a faulty zone valve motor.
He even got our plinth heater working in the kitchen which hadn’t worked for approx 5 years! We had given up on it due to previous company we used saying it was not fixable and a new one required.
Now it’s working and we have a warm kitchen!

Another happy customer. Jamie from Mr Potts quoted a new gas boiler for us and this was installed by Jamie, as well as putting in a brand new gas pipe and fitting new radiators.

Have used them a few times now, most recently another company had quoted us an extortionate amount to fix a central heating problem & we had also had 3 or 4 other people who had misdiagnosed the problem l but we had Jamie from MJ Potts who was confident he knew what the problem was before even looking! He then repaired this within 2 hours. Been like new now for 2 months after previously having numerous other firms attend and quote and charge for doing naff all.
Will now not use anyone else for central heating work, boilers, gas and even plumbing maintenance. More...

Mr Potts' team have refurbished our very dated bathroom and we think it's the nicest room in our house. They listened to our wishes and helped us get what we wanted at nearly half the price we were quoted elsewhere. They now do all the maintenance (gas, boiler etc) for us. Great service! More...
