Me daré el tiempo de escribir un buen comentario ya que conocemos a Gabriel desde el año pasado que empezamos nuestro proceso de inmigración  mi esposa y yo en julio. Ella se tomará el tiempo de hacerlo en inglés y yo en español. 1. Desde el primer momento que hicimos la entrevista fue genial, tuvimos un problema de comunicación y no pudimos encontrarnos así que lo hicimos via Skype, siempre fue sumamente agradable y atento inclusive online, desde el primer momento nos dio la confianza de poder trabajar con el.2. Al tener la primera entrevista tuvimos una buena conversacion, agradable y extensa, nunca se vio apurado o que quisiera terminar rapido la entrevista al contrario siempre fue atento y correcto con sus explicaciones.3. Yessica es su asistente y a la hora de reunir todos nuestras dudas y comentarios fueron atentidas por ella, sin duda esta muy bien entrenada por Gabriel, fue de mucha ayuda ya que ella contestaba nuestras dudas, cosa que es entendible ya que hay pequenas dudas que no necesitan ser contestadas por Gabriel y Yessica hace un excelente trabajo, seguramente pronto se convertira en una gran abogada. 4. El proceso fue largo y tedioso, ya que se tardo bastante, cosa que en ningun momento fue culpa de ellos, pero siempre estuvieron muy atentos a nuestro caso y estaban al pendiente de cualquier cambio.5. El dia de la entrevista tuvimos algunos problemas con los examenes medicos, (Super consejo, haganlo cuanto antes ya que ahora hay una nueva ley que tarda mas tiempo de lo usual asi que esten atentos) Gabriel y Yessica siempre se mantuvieron en contacto hasta que el dia de la entrevista tuvimos la oportunidad de ver a Gabriel, llegamos justo a la hora por motivos de los medicals. Gabriel siempre sonriente y con una gran actitud nos ayudo en la organizacion de los papeles y de lo que necesitabamos decir.7. 2 years ago, I had been searching for a better Immigration Lawyer for my brother’s complicated case that no immigration lawyer could possibly help my brother’s case until I found Attorney Gabriel through Google and I noticed that he has 5 star review and reading the testimonies from his different clients with possitive results so I was impressed by that review. I immediately contacted the office of Attorney Gabriel and made an appointment to meet him in his office about my brother’s complicated case. We had a great experience with MJ Law. From our initial meeting, Gabriel was upfront and honest about how he thought we should proceed with our case. We found Gabriel Jack by chance but we have stayed with him by choice.  He is knowledgeable in his area of practice and made the application process for getting a Green Card for my European husband very easy.  We have continued to call him for questions regrading the naturalization process and he will take our calls on his cell with no charge.  He indicates what we can do on our own to save money but always lays out the pros and cons of using his services versus doing it on our own, which we appreciate.  Gabriel has a fantastic "bedside" manner in that he remembers our family, even after 12 years since seeing them.  It's nice to see a lawyer who cares (they do exist!).Highly recommended for your immigration/visa needs. I enlisted the services of MJ Law for a naturalization application.One could argue my application was relatively straightforward, and no issues were expected, but having the of a law firm gave a bit of extra peace of mind (and actually less paperwork to deal with). We were referred to MJ Law from a family friend to help guide us through the process for my wife who was changing status from a student to a permanent resident. Gabriel (The Immigration Attorney) and his team were truly helpful with our process. My wife's case did take a bit longer than expected due to the INS but Gabriel's team were constantly updating and staying in touch throughout the entire process.. What can I say about MJ Law? THE VERY BEST!  I have so much to say and thank them that it is hard to find the words.  My husband and I are a same-sex married couple in which my partner was a DACA recipient. In this embattled political climate, it seemed daunting and a struggle to find a way to legalize my husband, as told by numerous lawyers and one whom had had my husband's case for years but didn't seem to know what to do with it. It was at this point I made it my mission to find a lawyer with the right credentials, experience and dedication to work with immigration issues and who simply wouldn't give up and give the paper work back like the previous lawyer had done.  I came across MJ Law and was comforted almost immediately by their description, enumerating their accomplishments and their range of clientele from blue-collar workers to celebrities. We were quickly connected to Gabriel Jack who took the case head-on.  But I wasn't taken aback by this amazing repertoire but by their sincerity and attention to every detail and customer service they provide through every text, call and email.  My husband and I live in Southern California so texting, skyping and emailing were the way we communicated, and Gabriel and his team were on top of every issue, every phone call, question, doubt and every detail in the case.  My husband's previous lawyer had been working 10 years on the case and yielded no returns.  The first Skype conference we had with Gabriel, we knew we were in good hands; His knowledge and ability to tackle the issue was evident right away and his expertise and problem-solving skills were immediately revealed.  Gabriel and his team started working on the case as soon as we contacted them in December 2016 and by December 2017 my husband had already received his permanent residency card (green card).  Gabriel was with us every step of the way and even flew down here to San Diego just for a couple of hours to be present at the hearing for the case and flew back that same day.  Gabriel Jack and his team accomplished in less than one year what other lawyers in the San Diego region had not in 10 years.  My husband's case was particularly difficult based on how he had entered the country but Jack Gabriel's team and Gabriel Jack himself tackled it from every angle and never gave up.  Thank You So Much for all you did for us and for what you have been doing for the community!! I still can't believe it has been 3 months since I received by green card in the mail. This  time around last year I was debating whether to embark on this journey one more time and risk getting ripped off by another lawyer. However, I had just heard about an outstanding attorney (Gabriel) that had really good results, amazing results, almost too good to be true results. After speaking to my wife and weighting out our options we decided to go for it and contact Gabriel's office. I cannot express how grateful I am that I was referred to Gabriel. He helped us with the I-601A waiver and from beginning to end, Gabriel and his assistant Yessica were very diligent, trustworthy, and readily available for any questions I may have had. I didn't feel I needed follow up with them. From the beginning, Gabriel explained the I-601A process to us so I knew what to expect.
