Shane has amazing customer service. I reached out to him for a DJ service on very short notice, although he wasn’t available he took the time to look for another DJ for me. He was able to find one in a timely manner but unfortunately it was not the right one for me. I would highly recommend Mix It Entertainment as he is very true to his word and a kind person. Mixx It Entertainment saved our junior high school dance! They came through for us the day before our event when we had our DJ cancel last minute. The DJ arrived on time and had everything set up and ready to go before the dance started. The students absolutely loved the music and were singing, dancing, and even formed a conga line! Had Shane with Mixx It out at an event we had planned in celebration of Veterans Day. Last minute our PA person called out sick and we didn't know what we were going to do. Spoke with Shane and he was there the next day with a sound system, microphone and helped my team set up for our event. When approached about the event, not at any point in time was I made to feel that he would not be able to help and provide great customer service. Mixx It came through for my middle school in a crunch situation. We lost our DJ the day before the dance and we’re in a panic. Mixx It stepped in and saved the day for our dance. The DJ was high energy, had an extensive music library, and was receptive to anything my middle-schoolers threw at him. Our style is very professional we come dressed to impress no matter what kind of event it is. We also work with the crowd on what they like to hear and make it enjoyable for everyone.
