This company does excellent work, is timely and returns phone calls. They have replaced an electrical panel, checked ,repaired and added outlets to our older home. We built a garage beyond our home. We hired Mr Sparky to install all electrical to the building. Even the County Inspector was impressed with their work. The gentlemen that work for this company are informative , clear and friendly. Mister Sparky came out about 6 months ago to figure out an electrical box near our water heater. The water heater was not working and of corse the plumber said they would not touch it because of this box attached to it. The electrician that came out could not figure out what it was since it was not the typical box to connect the heater to. He plugged it back in and surprisingly the heater turned back on. The water heater worked great until this last major storm to hit Houston. The water heater would not come back on right away. Finally got it to work Wednesday morning only to have it go out that evening and not turn back on. We called Mr. Sparky and asked someone to come out. The last electrician had taken pictures and sent them to the Master electrician who seemed just as puzzled. They were not ready to give up the decided to send a electrician who works on both commercial and residential. Lee was great and knew exactly what it was, but was confused why someone would put it in a home. He removed it and put the right part. Living in this house for 23 years it is great to see a company that bent over backwards to figure out what needed to be done and get it done correctly.
