I never wrote a bad review before. but this company is nightmare. i guess once they take their payment they don't care about their faulty doors
We had door installed last month, 2 weeks after we realized there is no sealant installed between the glasses. one night it rain, all our front area are of the house got flooded. i called them more than 10 times to fix their door.. they sent people to check it, they said they are not able to fix it as they are not trained to fix. Now i am dealing with worst experience ever in my life.

We recently had Mississippi Iron Works install steel security doors and steel security window screens on our home. Mr. **** ******* and all staff members of this company were extremely courteous and willing to help in any way to provide the services we needed. The installers were also very courteous and efficient, completing their work as scheduled. Our doors and windows are beautiful, presenting a definite enhanced curb appeal to our home. Knew that I only wanted a stair rail but felt to much fast talking, needs to be slower in explanations of process of product, delivery time (mentally double the number of weeks) and cost plus financing. When told of date of delivery and time scheduled, I asked for an earlier time of day and Ms. ******* worked her magic and arranged for an earlier time. Financing startd at time of door installation but I felt the door was not complete because the type of glass ordered was not ready, thereforth not complete and required another schedule and installer. Mississippi Iron Works was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous when the Sales Rep came out to our home. He explained in detail the process the door is custom manufactured to fit our front door, and had a sample of the door for is to view. We chose the style and color stain of the front door that would look best on our home. He made a couple suggestions to modify the door for the best look, and we were extremely satisfied. Our door was installed approximately 6 weeks from time of sale. We have received so many positive remarks stating the front *****...beautiful song and you sang it from your heart...Man, that brought back so many memories of you, ****** *********, **** and me singing every Friday night in our home with many of the singles dropping by to visit and pass a good time... enhances the look of our front entrance.
