I would highly recommend Mission Mortgages. My whole experience from viewing the right property to completion was a smooth process thanks to Madhu. It was difficult for me as I have a young baby and my husband works long shifts but Madhu dealt with most of the queries so we wouldn’t have to. I really cannot thank her enough for her hard work and determination to get us our home in time for Christmas. She was always reachable anytime day or night. Madhu is really special advisor and extremely helpful. She is very very professional and worked hard for case. While she was carrying out our case, we experienced as she work like on her own case. we never had to chase for anything rather she had to chase us. She is a surgeon of mortgages and can handle any case. Our case was not so simple almost all advisors rejected our case due to fact our main income solely property rental and we were mortgage prisoner for almost 7 years. Wish we could find her before. Quite simply amazing! We would not have been able to move into this house without Madhu's expertise, hard work and tenacity. Firstly the mortgage needed to be based upon company earnings rather than salary, which rules out a lot of the high street lenders. Also we'd given ourselves a ridiculously short time to exchange and complete - less than four weeks from first seeing the house to moving in. Throughout the process Madhu was also available, highly responsive and brought solutions, not problems.
