I want to say thank you Missfit for giving me the extra push and courage to do more and expect more from myself and see REAL results. I started 4 months ago, lost more than 25 lbs and feel better than ever. I'm totally addicted and always looking forward to the next WOD. Staff is helpful, qualified and friendly. We are renovating, intensely. 4 months ago, I thought I wasn't gonna be much use to our reno-team. I got so much stronger thanks to Coaches Jen, Stefani and Marc-André, I can stand my ground and pull my weight on our chantier.
Who knew, me and my silly 100 pounds could destroy walls and carry wood and bricks, just like the boys? Warm thank you to the Missfit crew.
