I have been training with Grace for 6 weeks and each time she has created different workouts that have been fun and challenging. Grace took the time to listen to my goals and each session has been geared towards these, taking into account my likes and dislikes too! Grace is awesome! My sessions are challenging yet fun, and I always feel like I’m achieving a lot. I’m exercising more and understanding HIIT and weight training, (something I have always been a bit scared of!) and I feel that I can really push myself in our sessions. She has helped me with nutrition, I’m eating more vegetables than ever before, and feeling energised and less sluggish. Grace has been encouraging, patient and flexible as a personal trainer and has kicked my butt when it’s been needed! Highly recommended by me! More...

Thank you Grace for a fantastic taster PT session - I highly recommend her as a trainer, she's motivating in a very positive way and just a lovely person who will make you feel comfortable and push you hard!
