I can not say enough amazing things about Missy, Sadiki and their whole team!! Missy was my right hand gal the whole time i was planning our wedding. She was the first vendor we booked and she was one of the best decisions we made!!! She would reply to all my emails right away whenever i had a question and checked in with me quite frequently to make sure i was doing okay! The day of they were a complete life saver and made sure everything was running smoothly. Our florist was 2 hours late and they handled it like the professionals they are so i didn't have to worry about a thing! I no longer consider them just wedding coordinators and consider them friends! If i have one recommendation for your wedding day it's to hire them!! Our wedding MVP! Melissa was amazing in every way. My husband and I had our wedding in April 2019 and couldn't have had such an amazing experience without Melissa's help. Missy really knows wha she is doing. She takes charge, but is open to any suggestions. She went above and beyond to make an inconvenient trip for the rehearsal dinner, brought drinks to us at couples table the entire night, set up complex flower arrangements, made a very special and romantic setting in our hotel room at Tenecula Creek Inn with roses and candles. Words cannot even begin to express how AWESOME Missy and her husband Sadiki was on our wedding day. Working with the both of them was just a amazing. From the very beginning they helped us formulate a game plan for our wedding in such a way where we were no longer overwhelmed with the whole process. She read us so well and knew what we wanted. She checked in on us, made sure to prioritize our concerns and was just so accessible. She went through everything step by step, handled our events, made every contact necessary and helped us in every way. My husband and I were not from or too familiar with the San Diego area we booked our venue, so we really needed guidance. We could not have asked for anything better than Missy! On the day of our wedding she made sure everything ran so smoothly and beautifully I really could not have asked for more. We had the most beautiful care-free wedding ( unheard of) and it was all thanks to Missy, Sadiki and our wonderful vendors. Without question Missy and Sadiki knew what to do when it came to everything! Honestly! And they knew how to handle all the family members especially parents! What can I say about missy besides how AMAZING she is! My husband and I got married OCT 2018 and missy was our coordinator. It hasn't rained in Temecula on 10/13 in over 8 years, per weather apps lol, but it did on our day.. yes it's good luck, but this bride was freaking out! Missy was so calm and collected and made sure that I didn't even think about the rain. She made everything so perfect and so smooth for us, the rain was the last on my mind. Missy assisted us with our wedding at Whispering Oaks Terrace in October, and I truly cannot thank her enough! I planned this wedding while I was in an accelerated nursing program, and got married one week after taking my nursing boards! ! Needless to say, I had a ton of loose ends to tie up before the wedding & was so stressed about everything running smoothly. Before the wedding, she took the time to walk me though everything, organize my vision, and truly listen to my dreams of how i wanted the day to go. I can't say enough great things about Missy. Missy was one of the best decisions we made with our wedding! When we first met with Missy, I had been searching for venues for MONTHS and was starting to lose hope we could even find one that we could afford in our hometown. She helped us find a venue that fit our budget and we loved, and was so patient with us throughout the whole process! Leading up to the wedding Missy was invaluable. She is so knowledgeable about the industry and local vendors, she gave us great pointers and always responded to our questions and texts! She took so much stress off me with contacting vendors, set-up, and timeline. Two days before I could finally relax because I knew it was out of my hands and into Missy's! YOU GUYS!!! Missy is seriously THE BEST. I got married on October 5th, 2018 at Circle Oak Ranch, and let me tell you she was ON IT. My caterer, Mr. World Wide Catering, recommended I get her for my big day and it did not disappoint. Leading up the the wedding she helped with any questions I had in a timely manner. She planned out my my rehearsal, and my big day to the T. I loved that she kept in contact with all my vendors so that everyone was on the same page, it made my day go so smoothly! Missy was such a joy to work with and was so calm regardless of what we threw at her from the beginning ha! We threw a lot at her too! We had nearly a year long engagement and we had a really firm idea of what we wanted to do and she was very respectful of that and threw out her professional opinion and suggestions when she didn't think an idea we had would work for us, etc, and we really respected that! When we toured Whispering Oaks Terrace we knew we wanted to work with her- we had heard amazing things and she didn't disappoint! Missy was the preferred coordinator for our venue so we went with her and thank God we did because we totally saw why she was the venue's fave coordinator. She was very organized, approachable, and emailed back in a timely manner. She met with us beforehand to organize the timeline and was very graceful with all our last minute timeline changes and requests. She definitely took the weight off our shoulders for coordinating with the vendors and despite all the load she had with coordinating and organizing, she did it all with a stress free smile! She was so helpful with everything leading up to the day of, including the wedding rehearsal! She's so versatile because she doesn't just coordinate with the vendors and organize the timeline, but she also offers several other services as well, and we used her other services: the donut bar, cutting cake and personalized wooden sign. What makes it even better was that her husband Sadiki is also a bartender so they are a perfect wedding combo!! Missy was highly recommended to me by a good friend who used her as her wedding planner a few years ago. I always try to go with referrals, especially for something as big as your wedding day! After our first phone call I knew she would be perfect for us!We got married at sunset cliffs and had our reception at brick and WOW did Missy and her team make it amazing! Missy was an amazing coordinator! During the planning of my wedding she was very prompt to respond to all calls/texts/emails for any bridal questions! The day of the wedding went off without a hitch! Missy was amazing! The day of the wedding was stress free because of her and her awesome husband, Sadiki, who was also our bartender. My husband and I are so thankful and glad we hired a day of coordinator. Missy was always prompt when it came to texts and emails and meeting us at the venue. Melissa!- Missy! She's the best! I worked with her remotely from Seattle for 10 months before the big day and she was able to help me with every little detail and question I had. I texted her, called and and email her and she responded so promptly. I met with her in person a few days before my wedding and it was like I known her for a while it was so much fun working with her. She game me some cool ideas for my wedding that were so practical. She was very familiar with the venue I chose. Her husband was our bar tender and everyone was very happy with the bar service. We pretty much gave him all the alcohol and he worked his magic made a pretty cool set up. All of our guest never had to wait in line he was also super friendly. Missy made sure the party went as planned and where there were things to take care she jumped right at it. Me, my now husband and my family just relaxed and enjoyed the party. She even helped my photographer came up with some cool poses which I loved. My pictures came up pretty awesome because of that.  She also had worked with my DJ and they worked together very well. My wedding was beyond my expectations. She also has a photo booth we used for our reception and our guest loved it. It was very affordable we just paid her a fee and she set it all up including the props and our guest and they were able print unlimited pictures ( I would definitely recommend having a photo booth at your wedding). The photo booth was customized with our wedding date and our last name.. pretty cute. Shes pretty awesome and fun to work with easy to communicate. Before the wedding she contacted all my vendors and she coordinated with some of them to arrange final payments etc. Her fee is totally affordable and so worth it to have someone there to take care of things. Shes been organizing many weddings so she knows the drill and I felt so relieved and happy to have her there. Missy was absolutely AMAZING!!! Missy met me at my venue several times to help make my vision come true. When my venue started to upset me by going back on things promised, Missy kept me calm, helped me to see the humor in what was happening (instead of freaking out), and she started to take care of the emailing for me. When another bride asked if Missy could help her last minute and would mean she would be missing my rehearsal, Missy gave me the courtesy to ask if I was ok with this. MISSY WAS AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were looking in yelp for vendors and my husband was really adamant about me having help so I stress myself out . We so happened to stumble upon Missy's yelp page and once we read the reviews we knew we had to book her . We were months away from the wedding and I was busy planning but about two months away things started to come together she was hired as my day of wedding coordinator and she did an amazing job from her being willing to go the venue with the walk through, to throwing ideas and suggestions . She was always open minded and willing to do what she can to make sure we were satisfied ! We held our wedding at the Mitten building in Redlands ca . She was there the day before the wedding to make sure we did our rehearsals and I love that she takes control ! ( in a good way ) very friendly to all our guest too . Missy coordinated surprise dinner for my boyfriend's 50th birthday celebration on August 4th this year and she was awesome!  She helped me plan months in advance and helped me bring my ideas & vision to reality - and it turned out exactly as I had envisioned.  I wouldn't be able to put it together without her recommendations on decorations, finding the right venue and setting everything up at the restaurant.  It would have been so stressful if it wasn't for Missy since all of my guests and I were coming from out of town and visiting Temecula that weekend.  Not only did she help pulled off a wonderful birthday celebration dinner, she also coordinated with the place we were staying for the weekend and set up a welcome gift for each of my guests. Missy was amazing as my wedding coordinator! She met with me as many times as I needed and kept everything so organized. She and the Whispering Oaks Terrace venue work so well together to make your day perfect. Her husband came with her as the bartender and he did great too! He kept everyone's glasses full and was such a nice guy. Missy put up with a lot the day of but kept us all on time, which I am so grateful for! When some of the wedding party members ended up running late (and perhaps having a little too much to drink a little too early), she moved us along until they arrived so we didn't run out of time. She made sure we got all the big moments photographed before our photographer had to leave and for that, I am also so grateful! I had problems with my caterer too but Missy took charge with him and made sure he was staying on track as well. She set up the venue the day of, made sure my husband and I got food and drinks throughout the madness, and generally took care of all the loose ends here and there. And it isn't what it sounds like either, she helps you before the wedding as well. I have to start off by saying that having Missy (Miss with the Assist)as my day of coordinator was amazing! I could not imagine my wedding day and weeks leading up to it without her. My wedding was held at the whispering oaks terrace where she had a lot of knowledge and experience at that venue. She also had lots of recommendations for a florist, caters, photography, cake, and more. Missy was very approachable and very helpful every step of the way. She is organized which I love and she made sure she wrote all the details I wanted for the big day. When the big day came around I was so nervous but totally stress free about everything else. She had everything covered! But really, she is just awesome! Everything looked amazing when she showed me the tables and décor before everyone showed up. She got to the venue super early and decorated the entire place! , she made sure everything was in order with my vendors, she set up our food and beverages and refilled everything when needed, she made sure everything happened at the correct moment and was on track the entire day ... I honestly don't know what I would have done without her... there's no way my wedding would have been what I wanted without her. She is honestly so wonderful at what she does and so sweet, kind and caring and has a heart of gold!!! I was so stressed prior to finding her and once I did I instantly felt such a relief, we met with her and she sent us our personalized itinerary which was perfect and she was there my entire wedding day keeping me stress free!!. Let's just take a minute to talk about how amazing this lady and her team are! She was attentive, patient, and on top of everything. The day of came and as a control freak I felt comforted knowing I put all my planning into more than cabals hands. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I just have to start off by saying that Missy is an amazing wedding coordinator! My husband and I recently got married at the Miramonte Resort in Indian Wells, CA on Dec. 10th and we hired Missy as our day-of wedding coordinator. Since it was a destination wedding there was a lot that went into planning the planning process and setup and Missy was there for us through everything. Even though she was our day-of coordinator, she started helping us several weeks in advance and would even send me messages making sure that I was doing ok throughout the last 6 months of the planning process! Our wedding could not have gone more smoothly! I had a very stress-free morning/afternoon getting ready for our wedding and it wouldn't have been that way if it wasn't for Missy! She and her husband also set up a photo booth at our reception as well. That was truly a hit with all of our guests! If you are in need of a well rounded, dependable, and knowledgable wedding coordinator, look no further. Words cannot express how awesome and wonderful Missy is! I have zero creativity and planning skills. I gave her a few words and she created a vision that exceeded my expectations. Anything I needed, any questions, hesitations, or limitations, she had an answer for. I do not know what I would have done without her! She is much more than an a coordinator, she is a heaven sent problem solver. The day of the wedding I completely forgot our pictures to decorate the ceremony venue and she found decor.
