I am so happy with this service! BeAuna was easy to contact and quick to respond. Texting and through phone calls she made sure everything was going to work out wonderfully. She sent me Cecelia, who did an amazing job. My bathroom I will admit was in need of a serious cleaning and she left it sparkling!! BeAuna was able to arrange a quick turnaround cleaning at the last minute for the following morning. The first clean by Sheila was candidly only okay, and unfortunately a few key spots around the floor and kitchen were missed. After reaching out to BeAuna, she emphasized her service standards and that the pictures I shared of uncleaned areas were unacceptable based on her service levels and that she would get the mistake corrected. Sheila came back the following morning to clean the key outstanding areas around the kitchen.Although the ideal would have been to have it fully knocked out the first time, not sure if miscommunication or other factors led to the unfinished job. What matters though is that they ultimately delivered a solid job and that they value the relationship with the client. More...

I spent three months searching for a home cleaning service. I tried reaching out to individual services. I tried to use Amazon Home Services to schedule a service. I tried a recommendation from someone in my apartment complex. I'd schedule appointments and no one would show up or be so late that I'd wait for hours and then they finally reach out to say it would be another few hours, then I'd cancel.Then I took a shot in the dark for Miss Lady Spic n Span. I can only give my highest recommendation for Ms. BeaAuna and her crew. Not only was I able to schedule a deep cleaning just a few days in advance, but EJ did an amazing job. He went above and beyond, handling the requested cleaning and even taking care of a few things he wasn't asked to do. For example, I had tools out to tighten the kitchen chairs later in that day. I walked into the room, and he was wrapping up doing the last chair. We had been talking a little bit about video games earlier, and I had a huge pile of change on my entertainment center. It took me until later in the day to notice he had wiped it down to clean it and arranged the change into the shape of Mario's mustache! There was a point where I needed to head to kickboxing class. I asked if it was okay if I left. I did, and when I came back he was almost done with the apartment.I plan to use their monthly light cleaning service from this day forward. Beauna and her team have been cleaning for us for 3 years, an average of 2 to 3 times a week.  We have an Airbnb unit which requires high standards of cleaning, and Beauna has always been able to deliver a sparkling entry to our guests. Our unit always looks great, and there have been times when my guests who arrive early have mentioned how kind and courteous my cleaning team are!The best part is, all I need is to give Beauna a text to let her know my cleaning dates and times required,  it is that easy...She is very reliable and flexible. BeAuna and her team regularly clean our Airbnb unit.  We have gone through several cleaners.  One did a terrible job and one was significantly higher priced than BeAuna.  We have had BeAuna and her team clean our unit many times and she has never had to say that she could not accomodate.  Her communication is better than any other cleaner I have ever used.  I highly recommend using Miss Lady Spic n Span!
