I am a tradesman and I had reached a point in my business where I really needed to just concentrate on the hands-on duties associated with my job such as installation and maintenance work for my customers. I needed help with all the other things that go into running a business such as social media development and management, website management, advertisement development and branding, administration support and data entry amongst other things. Pip has all of these things covered. It can be a bit scary at first allowing someone to dabble with your business but rest assured Pip is the ultimate professional and from our first meeting to the present day she has always delivered outstanding service. She is full of ideas and has a great range of skills and knowledge in a broad spectrum of areas which really takes the pressure off and allows me to concentrate on my work. She has basically developed a brand and identity for my business which is something I am very grateful for and is not something I anticipated receiving as part of the service.
